Open Bar vs. Cash Bar: The Foundation Your first decision involves the core payment structure: Open Bar (host-paid) or Cash Bar (guest-paid). Open Bar: Host-Paid Service An Open Bar ensures your guests enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. This option sets a generous, celebratory tone, and is priced in one of two ways: Pricing ModelDescriptionBest Suited For... Pricing by ConsumptionThe host pays only for the actual number of drinks served. Final cost is determined by a comprehensive end-of-event inventory count.Events where you anticipate moderate drinking or prefer to track exact usage. Bar PackagesA fixed, per-person (pp) price is charged for adult guests. This gives the host cost certainty upfront, eliminating end-of-event surprises.Groups who enjoy a lively party, long cocktail hours, or a higher volume of drinking. Classic BEV Package: Adds a tier of house-level spirits to our Beer & Wine offerings. Authentic BEV Bar Package (The Works!): Our most comprehensive service, including beer, wine, spirits, and the option for specialty craft cocktails. Tiered pricing is based on the quality of spirits selected. Premium Upgrade: Signature Craft Cocktails Elevate your event by engaging one of our veteran mixologists to design a bespoke Signature Cocktail (or multiple drinks) tailored exclusively to your occasion. This premium service is ideal for events seeking a unique and memorable touch. Cash Bar: Guest-Paid Service With a Cash Bar, guests pay for their own drinks, just as they would at a standard bar or restaurant. While this can significantly reduce the host's direct expenditure, it shifts the financial responsibility to the guests, requiring them to manage tabs, payments, and tipping. Important Note on Cash Bar Service: While we offer full cash/credit bar services, please be aware that bartender/labor fees, mobile bar rental fees, and beverage minimums may apply. All associated costs will be discussed and determined on an individual, event-by-event basis after reviewing your specific details.
